About Me.
I’m Lee West Jr.—a dynamic communicator, certified coach, and media consultant with a passion for purpose-driven storytelling and high-impact execution.
My journey has been anything but conventional. While earning my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, East Bay, I worked full-time for the University of California system—balancing academic rigor with professional responsibility. That experience sharpened my ability to lead, adapt, and deliver results under pressure.
Over the last three years, I’ve held a Certified Scrum Master designation from the Scrum Alliance, helping teams and organizations streamline their workflows, manage projects effectively, and consistently meet goals on time and within budget. I’m also a Certified Extreme Execution Coach through Eric Thomas & Associates, a title I’ve proudly carried since 2019. This training has empowered me to guide individuals and teams toward unlocking their full potential through clarity, accountability, and action.
As a media consultant, I’ve partnered with forward-thinking companies like Snapsoft (an AWS Partner), King’s Accountability Group, Prince to Kings, BeTheVictor Speaking, Team World Builders, and more. My approach fuses creative strategy with execution—delivering compelling video reels, brand storytelling, and scalable solutions that elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
